Sage assist is fully insured, for your protection and ours. Please read and understand our policies. Contact us with questions and to enroll!
- All clients must sign a service agreement form.
- All services require 24-48 hrs notice.
- Client must cover all cost associated with the service(s) requested. We prefer payment up front, in cash or check. Any overpayment will be credited to your account.
- Sage assist requires a minimum of 24 hr. notice for cancellation.
- Sage assist will always keep personal information regarding client and family in confidence.
- Sage assist reserves the right to refuse any service.
Rates
- Note that all prices are subject to change without notice.
- Sage assist provides a free non-obligation consultation.
- Sage assist selected services prices vary.
- Sage assist requires a minimum of one hour charge for all selected services.
- The hourly rate begins from the time of departure from the Sage assist Home Office.
- Mileage is included up to 15 miles & charged at the current mileage rate per additional mile thereafter.

Terms & Conditions
- Fees listed do not include any merchandise purchases, or any other goods.
- Unused hours will be rolled over to the next month.
- Any time used over the package hours will be charged an hourly rate.
- Package terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
- Packages may not be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or coupons.
- Packages must be paid in full before service begins to guarantee service dates and times.
Hours
Sage assist works Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm. We observe all federal holidays.
