
Hi, I’m Stephanie Brennan. Pleased to meet you! If you’ve stayed at a fine hotel attended by a concierge, then you know what Sage Assist and I are all about. Making things better for people is what drives me. I’m determined to do what I can to assist family, neighbors and clients with anything that is within the realm of possibility and is legal. A more loyal and caring person is hard to find.
Some Background
I had an early childhood dream of one day having my own bed and breakfast. And, it looked like that dream would come true. My life’s calling led me to the Catskills in August 1997, to a turn-of-the-century Victorian home, plus a 4-unit motel.
The renovation process proved to be a huge undertaking, and took longer than planned. To supplement my income and help pay for the cost overruns, I took a job at a nearby residential care facility, where I trained as a Certified Nursing Assistant. After a year of hard work and making contacts with the community, The Brennan’s Hillview Inn & Motel was open.
From the beginning, my focus was to make my guests’ stay enjoyable. I’m not saying we had a party every day, but it was always my mission to see that my guests had a good time and wanted to visit again. And it wasn’t confined to just the lodging.
Today’s Goings-On
I love doing helpful things for people in my community and surroundings of Delaware and Ulster Counties in New York State. If you need help finding the perfect birthday gift, or grocery shopping for an event, or waiting at your home for repairmen, I can help. I’ll be a companion for a loved one during recovery from medical procedures, or assist moms with their newborns.
Event planning is another of my skills. “Who knew?” My sense of humor, organization and love of detail will make your celebration or conference run smoothly and enjoyably. That’s part of what a concierge does.
